I am Josephine A. Tabalba, 33 years old, married to Paul Angelo N. Tabalba II and we are blessed with one daughter. We are presently residing at Block 5 Lot 19 Joanna Legacy Homes, Yati, Liloan, Cebu. We are six in the family and I am the youngest. My mother died when I was three years old, and 2 months after my father followed. I was four then and only our eldest brother has graduated. Luckily, he was able to land a job within our hometown and a year after our eldest sister also graduated. Together with the little wealth left by our parents, they helped each other in order for us to survive. I grew up in an environment of simple living, content with any food but more of love from my brothers and sisters that they sent me to prestigious schools – Mindanao State University–NFHS where I had my secondary education and at University of San Jose- Recoletos where I finished my degree as Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Determination and perseverance helped me land a job at Asian Appraisal Company, Inc. of Makati City right after graduation. I have come to realize how blessed I am to have a brother and sister like them to compensate the loss of my parents. It was longing for a family perhaps that I got married at an early age.
Just recently, I joined Land Asia Global Properties Network, a reputable realty firm in Cebu established since 1992. Being able to attend seminars, exhibits, and other real estate exposures, I believed I have equipped myself with sufficient knowledge to be of great service to you.
